Shipping Policy
Bloom Better partners with a third-party fulfillment center and does not directly control the shipping process. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by HurryHub.co, our fulfillment center located in Oklahoma City, OK, USA.
Orders for in-stock products typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as Bloom Better receives it from the fulfillment center.
Please note that once an order leaves the fulfillment facility, transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of Bloom Better’s control.

Carrier transit times are heavily influenced by shipping zones, which are determined by the distance from our fulfillment center in Oklahoma City.

Because our facility ships from Oklahoma, customers located in Zones 5–8 (such as Florida or coastal states) may experience longer transit times compared to customers in nearby states (Zones 1–4).
Delivery timelines vary based on carrier operations, shipping method selected, weather conditions, and other external factors. Bloom Better cannot guarantee carrier transit times once an order has been shipped.
International Shipments | Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and border fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, as they are determined by your local customs office and vary depending on your location. We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service for further information on potential fees before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a mail carrier loses a package in transit, the customer may contact us at support@bloombetter.life to request assistance.
Products confirmed as lost in transit will need to be repurchased. Bloom Better will then contact the carrier to open a dispute or file a claim to seek reimbursement for the lost shipment.
