1. Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your physical items, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your purchase included access to a training course or video series, access will be revoked once your refund is issued.

How to Start a Return

Email support@bloombetter.life with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)
  • We will provide next steps and return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • The refund will include the product price minus original shipping costs.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

 

2. Bloom Better Supplements

If you are not satisfied with your Bloom Better supplements, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Method

In most cases, refunds for supplements are issued as Bloom Better store credit for the amount paid (excluding shipping). This allows us to help you find a product better suited to your wellness goals.

We are not required to accept returns of supplement products, and in most cases, you will not need to ship the product back.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your purchase included bonus digital content, access will be removed upon refund issuance.
  • Refund approval is subject to review and verification.

3. Digital Products (Courses, Trainings, Downloads)

You may request a refund for Bloom Better digital products within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Access to all digital materials will be permanently revoked upon refund issuance.
  • Refund abuse, excessive downloads, or evidence of full course consumption prior to refund request may result in denial.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product

You must contact support@bloombetter.life within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within this window may result in denial of replacement or refund.

 

5. Bloom Room Experience Membership+ (SKNY Vibes Supplements)

No Refunds or Exchanges

As a Bloom Room Experience+ member, you receive SKNY Vibes supplements at a deeply discounted rate (over 80% below standard retail pricing).

Due to this substantial discount:

  • SKNY Vibes supplements included in the Membership+ are final sale.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for these products.
  • This policy applies regardless of usage or satisfaction.

Members who prefer flexibility may choose the Bloom Room Experience Membership option that does not include SKNY Vibes supplements.
