1. Membership Overview

By subscribing to a Bloom Room Experience Lifestyle Membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Bloom Room Experience membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 10 days before the start of your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
3. Course Access and Removal
Upon cancellation of your membership, access to all courses will be removed at the end of your original billing period. No partial refunds or prorated access will be granted for unused time within a billing period.
4. Refund Policy
As a valued Bloom Room Experience+ member, you enjoy exclusive access to SKNY Vibes supplements at a significantly discounted rate. This premium benefit is designed to enhance your wellness journey and provide exceptional value. Due to the substantial savings offered on these high-quality supplements (over 80% off the price listed on our website), we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for SKNY Vibes products included in your membership. We encourage you to fully embrace this transformative element of your Bloom Room Experience+ and witness the positive impact on your health and well-being. Your satisfaction and progress are our top priorities, and we're excited to support you on this path to optimal wellness. You also do have the option to choose the Bloom Room Experience Membership that does not include the SKNY Vibes supplements.
5. Supplements Return Policy
SKNY Vibes supplements included in the Bloom Room Experience+ membership are offered at a heavily discounted rate to enhance your wellness journey. As a result, we do not accept returns, or exchanges on these supplements. We encourage members to fully embrace this component of the membership and experience its benefits firsthand. If you prefer a membership without supplements, the Bloom Room Experience Membership is available as an alternative.
6. Changes to Membership Terms
Bloom Better reserves the right to update or modify these membership terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cooch Club Membership Policy
1. Community Selection & Switching Policy
Each Cooch Club membership (Intimacy, Menopause, Perimenopause, Gooch, Prenatal & New Moms) is sold as a separate program with its own content, structure, and experience.
If you wish to switch to a different Cooch Club:
- You must repurchase the new membership you would like to join.
- Your current membership cannot be transferred or converted into another community.
Important Requirement
To avoid being charged for your current membership:
- You must notify us at support@bloombetter.life at least 10 days before your next billing date.
- This allows our team enough time to process your cancellation before renewal.
Failure to notify us within this window may result in your membership renewing as scheduled, and charges will not be refunded.
2. Billing & Renewals
- All memberships are subscription-based and billed automatically (monthly or as selected at checkout).
- Your membership will auto-renew on your billing date unless canceled in advance.
- It is the member’s responsibility to track their billing cycle and submit cancellation requests on time.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support@bloombetter.life.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next billing date.
- Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
4. Refund Policy for Memberships
- All Cooch Club membership payments are non-refundable.
- This includes missed usage, change of mind, or switching between communities.
- Failure to cancel before the billing date does not qualify for a refund.
5. Access & Content
- Membership grants access only to the specific Cooch Club community you purchased.
- Access to content, trainings, and community spaces will be revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.
- Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
6. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, access to your membership may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Continued failed payments may result in permanent cancellation of your membership.
7. Changes to Membership
Bloom Better reserves the right to:
- Update membership content, structure, or pricing
- Modify or discontinue specific communities
- Update this policy at any time
Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.
