How can I access the courses included with my ball?

  1. Click https://live.bloombetter.life/login. Choose ‘Sign Up’, and you will be directed to set up your Account and password. This password will be used for all future logins to your account.
  2. Be sure to use your email that you used when you made your purchase, this is really important.
  3. Once your account is created, you can choose to verify your account with a code that will be emailed to you OR you can choose “login with password” which will redirect you to the login screen.
  4. Once logged in, you'll find your course dashboard with all the modules and resources and some serious game-changing practices.

Can I use Cooch Ball if I have hemorrhoids?

Absolutely! Yes, you can use the Cooch Ball even if you have a history of hemorrhoids. However, if you experience any discomfort or irritation around the anus, it might indicate that the ball is placed too far back.

Occasionally, we suggest taking a break from using the Cooch Ball for a few days to see if the irritation subsides. Alternatively, you can place a hand towel over the ball before sitting on it or use it while sitting on a couch or bed to reduce the pressure.

Additionally, make sure the Cooch Ball is inflated to about 80% fullness. This will make it slightly squishy and more comfortable to use.

Does Cooch Ball works with tight pelvic floor?

The Cooch Ball has been designed for women with a hypertonic (too tight) pelvic floor just as much as it helps women with hypotonic (lacking tone). For someone like you with hypertone, when you sit on your Cooch Ball and breathe diaphragmatically you will be creating an environment where you will be melting through tight fascia restrictions with the weight of your body on the ball.

Once you start to release the fascia, you will be bringing oxygen-rich, nutrient-rich blood flow to the area. This is the missing piece to bringing nutrition to the muscle fibers of the pelvic floor. Blood flow is key.

Why does it hurt when using your Cooch Ball?

We call it the Ouch Factor and it truly is a part of the Cooch Ball process for many women. It often is a sign of a too tight (called hypertonic pelvic floor) so there is a major lack of blood flow to this area, lots of fascia (connective tissue) restricting and these two factors can really make things uncomfortable when you start to use your Cooch Ball.

A few things to consider:

  • Have you done any chiropractic? based on the coccyx discomfort there may be something structural to explore.
  • Are you breathing diaphragmatically as Jana coaches on in the video series that accompanies your Cooch Ball?

If you are holding your breath or not breathing properly this can send your nervous system into protect mode and cause more tension which is not what you need.

You might also want to consider seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist so they can assess what else is going on with your pelvic floor.

How can I deflate the ball?

If you still have the pin, typically located in the handle of the Cooch Ball, you can use it to deflate the ball by inserting it and releasing the air.

If you've misplaced your pin, you can visit your local sporting goods store like Walmart or a regular grocery store that sells equipment. You can ask them for a regular ball pump pin.

How do I know if the ingredients you use are good quality?
