Please do take the time to watch this series, you will learn the basics of inflating your ball, where to find the needle for your pump, how to breathe and sit on your ball! And there are some fun bonuses too! Again, it will take about 2 hours for all of these training videos to land in your dashboard.

You will also get an email from me shortly with instructions on how to login if you choose to not click on the link above. The subject of the email is “Welcome to Week 1 of the P.E.L.V.I.C. Formula” Follow the instructions in that email to create your account and then you will be able to log into your dashboard. This email will land in your inbox in about 90 minutes.

All future emails from us, including your Welcome details, access links, event information, and newsletters will show up in your inbox from “Team Jana Danielson” via our support@bloombetter.life email address.
