The Cooch Ball has been an amazing tool for releasing my pelvic floor and feeling grounded in my body each day! It has also increased sensation in my pelvic floor area for much more pleasurable intimate time with my husband. :) The Scooch Ball has been great for helping me release jaw tension, the fascia under and on top of my feet, and any soreness in my glute muscles. So so happy I came across one of your videos on ticktock and went for it! I’ve been in the middle of moving and also went to visit my son but I’ve stuck with doing it daily. I did have to back off a little so instead of 3 minutes went to 1 and now at 2 minutes because I ended up getting a bladder infection at first. Positive things I’ve noticed are my IBS is way better, no more bloating and going to the bathroom with ease. Haven’t yet had time for the videos or the foot ball but will do when life settles a bit. Also my knee was starting to give me trouble and I was worried with moving but all good 👍

I am not working with it every day but several times a week I pull out my scooch or cooch ball and do one of the exercise videos. I really like the way my body feels after I do the work, much more open and relaxed. I even enjoy the "ouch" factor as I know it indicates the need for more release work in that part of my body. Fascia toe rolling yields amazing results The fascia toe rolling is having amazing results for me. My little toes on both of my feet have had a feeling of numbness for months. After 3 weeks of fascia rolling, I have so much more normal feeling in both my little toes. There is definitely much discomfort when I get to the last two toes, but I breathe through it. My toes are getting more flat and the tendons are much more visible.
